Kin accidentally finds Sau Han’s jade bracelet from a pickpocket. He is not able to find out more because of the martial law. Afraid that he may get into trouble, Lee Hah looks everywhere for Kin. When the two meet again, they open their heart to each other. Hong’s performance in Kai Mei is recognized by Fung who promote him as a member of the board of directors. Everybody is happy for him but he is worried about Sau Han's death. With the help from the police, they catch the pickpocket and find the body of Sau Wan. Kin grieves on Sau Wan’s death. Kin tries to make Hong give away the truth when he returns to Hong Kong. Hong doesn't leak out a clue. He pretends to be very depressed about San Wan’s death so that the family doesn't believe it is caused by him.
