PO and YUNG lurk in a village in order to arrest a thief who steals female underpants. Their effort proves futile after days of waiting. Requested by his relatives, BUD arrives at the village to look into the case. He finds that the thief is none other than the village head. The village head refuses to be arrested. What is more, he holds CHUN, a villager, under duress and confronts the police. PO is very good at martial arts. She fights with the village head and subdues him with the help of Master KWAN.
