Together with husband Alex, Sarah begins an ambitious new project: building an off the grid house in the country. After deciding to be their own General Contractors, Sarah turns to fellow HGTV star Mike Holmes for some advice. While Mike gives their plan the thumbs up, he warns them that a project like this is full of potential Divorce Dust. Sarah and Alex work together to stay on time and on budget, and enjoy the satisfaction of completing their first space: a third floor hideaway called a Belvedere where they can take in the views.
