Lin Tse-hsu sees that after lifting the blockade, large amount of opium is imported and worries that more and more people will get addicted, thus he humbles himself and begs Ji-shan to restore the blockade but Ji-shan behaves indifferently. Chen Hsiang thinks that he should devote himself to work for the country and in mixed emotions, sees Hsiao-hsuan off. After consolidating his kung-fu, Chen Hsiang opens a kung-fu school and calls it "Tsai-Li-Fu Kung-fu School" to commemorate Li Yu-shan, Tsai Fu, and his teacher Chen Yuan-hu's Fu Boxing……
